Official Rules

PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. MUST BE 21+ TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility: This “Charge into Summer Car A Week Giveaway” Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to those who, as of the date of entry: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor; and (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”))(hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Sponsor”) or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamavá Resort & Casino (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limited or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Sponsor are not eligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter: The Promotion begins on June 1, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends July 27, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. PT.

EARNED ENTRIES

(1) Entrants can earn entries as described below at Palms during the applicable Earning Period (defined below).

(2) Entrants can earn Entries for that week’s drawing during the applicable “Earning Period”:
WEEK ONE: June 1, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through June 8 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK TWO: June 8, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through June 15 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK THREE: June 15, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through June 22 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK FOUR: June 22, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through June 29 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK FIVE: June 29, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through July 6 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK SIX: July 6, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through July 13 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK SEVEN: July 13, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through July 20 at 6:00 p.m.
WEEK EIGHT: July 20, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. through July 27 at 6:00 p.m.

(3) Slots players will earn one (1) Entry for every 100 tier points earned during the applicable Earning Period. In addition, the following Entry multipliers shall apply:
a. WEEK ONE: 10x Entry multiplier beginning on June 1, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. PT from 11:59 p.m.
b. WEEKS TWO THROUGH EIGHT: 5x Entry multiplier every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PT during the Earning Period. 

(4)Table games players will earn one (1) Entry for every 100 points earned during the Earning Period. Points are based on time spent and average bet during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated). 

UPDATE as of June 11, 2024:

(5) Entrants can earn five hundred (500) bonus entries into the drawing by earning 100 Tier Points between 2pm-11:59pm on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Entrants must select the Bonus Entry tile at any promotional kiosk on June 27, after earning the 100 Tier Points. 

(6) All Entrants, regardless of method of entry, MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES within one (1) hour before the applicable drawing time by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk, or by having an active rated slot or table session closed. All Weekly Drawings are at 7:00 p.m. Once Entries have been activated, then those Entries will be activated only for that particular drawing date. All Earned Entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTIRES, REGARDLESS IF ACTIVATED, ARE ONLY VALID FOR PARTICULAR THE WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative.

Prizes & Drawing Dates: Sponsor will award the following prizes (“Prize(s)”) to the applicable winning Entrants (each a “Prize Winner”):

For all Earned Entry drawings at Palms, potential Prize Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize, otherwise the Prize will be redrawn. Entrants can win only once per weekly drawing.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS

Weekly Prizes: Five (5) total Prize Winners per week:
- Two (2) Winners of $5,000 in Free Play each
- One (1) Winner of $3,500 in Free Play
- One (1) Winner of $2,000 in Free Play
- One (1) Weekly Grand Prize Winner will randomly select one Towbin Auto Group Vehicle from the prize reveal board. Potential vehicles are listed below (subject to prior selection by a previous weekly Grand Prize Winner):

Note: Each Grand Prize Winner shall receive a non-cash credit (in the amount of the applicable vehicle) at the designated Towbin Automotive Group dealership. If a Grand Prize Winner desires to receive an alternative new vehicle or if the winning vehicle is no longer available, Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional vehicle costs in excess of the credit provided by Palm at the dealership, and if a lesser value vehicle is chosen, no remaining credit will be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner. Dealership credit is valid toward the purchase of a single, new vehicle only and cannot be redeemed for cash. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Alternatively, a Grand Prize Winner may disclaim the vehicle and choose either: 50% of the applicable vehicle value in cash OR 70% of the applicable vehicle value in Free Play valid at Palms in lieu of the dealership credit.

Drawing Location: Unknown Bar at Palms Casino Resort
MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN ANY PRIZE

Prizes & Drawings:

At each weekly drawing, five (5) potential prize winners will be drawn at once to participate in that week’s Drawing. Participants drawn will have three (3) minutes to come to the prize stage at Unknown Bar and claim their spot. If all five (5) names drawn are not confirmed within the three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw for the amount that have not shown up.

The five (5) prize winners will then choose an object in the order they were drawn to determine their Prize. One (1) prize winner will win a vehicle (see list above) from the prize reveal board. The other four (4) prize winners will each win Free Play (valid only at Palms) in the amount state on their object. There will be two (2) winners of $5,000 Free Play each, one (1) winner of $3,500 Free Play and one (1) winner of $2,000 Free Play. All Prizes will be revealed at the same time.

Free Play Prizes issued by Palms will be valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, regardless if actually utilized.

EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME AND SALES TAXES), REGISTRATION FEES, DOCUMENT FEES, TITLE FEES, OTHER DEALERSHIP FEES, AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZES THEY RECEIVE. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded only to the named Prize Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Prize Winner of the Grand Prize Towbin Automotive Group vehicle may choose to receive either cash or “Free Play” in lieu of the vehicle, in the amount as specified above. Each winner is responsible for all taxes (including sales and income tax). Grand Prize Winner shall have 48 hours from winning to notify Sponsor (Palms Promotion Department) of their decision to accept the dealership vehicle credit or the alternative prize.

Selection & Notification of Potential Winners: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor on the Drawing Dates set forth above. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN AT ALL DRAWINGS. If the Potential Winner either expressly forfeits a Prize, or if the Potential Winner does not timely respond within any specified timeframe, the Prize shall be automatically deemed forfeited.

Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Winner’s Form, which includes releases of liability and publicity, and full completion of applicable tax form(s) (e.g. 1099-MISC, W2-G, 1042-S) within three (3) days of issuance. Each Potential Winner shall be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification satisfactory to Sponsor that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Conditions: Earned Entries are unlimited during the applicable Earning Period. Non-activated or incomplete Entries, expired Entries, or entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be void. Use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, Club Serrano accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Entries or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification.

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to NRS §463.362. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Miscellaneous: The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion at any time and without notice.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, subject to NRS §463.362. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Nevada and applicable Regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board.
