These Official Rules govern the promotional activities occurring at Palms Casino Resort. For portions of the Promotion occurring at Yaamavá Resort & Casino, please see Yaamavá’s official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions. In the event of a conflict between Yaamavá’s rules and these Official Rules, these Official Rules and NRS §463.362 shall govern all aspects of the Promotion occurring at Palms Casino Resort.

QUALIFIER TOURNAMENTS 
Ways to Enter: 

•  (i) Invited Club Serrano guests 
  OR
• (ii) Non-invited Club Serrano guests that earn at least 1,000 Slot Tier Points between 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the qualifier tournament day(s) described below (collectively, “Participants”).

1.    The Qualifier Tournaments (“Qualifier Tournaments”) applicable to these Official Rules will be held at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor in the designated tournament area. Qualifier Tournaments will be divided into four (4), 2-day tournaments. Qualifier Tournament dates are as follows: (i.) Friday, May 9 – Saturday, May 10, 2025; (ii.) Friday, May 16 – Saturday, May 17, 2025; (iii.) Friday, May 30- Saturday, May 31, 2025; and (iv.) Friday, June 6 – Saturday, June 7, 2025.

2.    Participants must play their Qualifier Tournament round on the same day in which the Participant earned the qualifying Slot Tier Points. Participants may play in only one (1) Qualifier Tournament round per Qualifier Tournament day. However, Participants may earn additional Qualifier Tournament entry(ies) on a subsequent Qualifier Tournament day(s) (same day earning still required). Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Participant may only advance in one position to subsequent Tournament rounds – see Rule # 5(c) below.

3.    Non-invited Club Serrano Participants may participate in the Qualifier Tournament(s) in the following way(s):

Qualifier Tournament # 1

• (a) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 9 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 9 Qualifier Tournament round; and/or
• (b) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 10 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 10 Qualifier Tournament round;

Qualifier Tournament # 2

• (c) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 16 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 16 Qualifier Tournament round; and/or
• (d) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 17 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 17 Slot Tournament Qualifier.

Qualifier Tournament # 3

• (e) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 30 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 30 Qualifier Tournament round; and/or
• (f) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on May 31 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the May 31 Slot Tournament Qualifier.

Qualifier Tournament # 4

• (g) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on June 6 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the June 6 Qualifier Tournament round; and/or
• (h) Earn 1,000 Slot tier points on June 7 from 12:00am – 9:00pm to be eligible to participate in the June 7 Slot Tournament Qualifier.

Note: Invited and Non-Invited Qualifier Tournament Participants must go to any Club Serrano Kisok to print their Tournament entry voucher before proceeding to the Tournament area (across from Greene St. Kitchen) between 4:00pm – 9:00pm every Qualifier Tournament Day to participate in tournament play.

4.    Machine assignments will be determined by a random draw when the Participant arrives at the Tournament area. Management shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine final machine assignments. Participants will receive a four-digit pin number after they register. The four-digit pin number must be entered to initiate Tournament play.

5.    Tournament play will be held on the above published Tournament days and hours. Failure to arrive at the Tournament area and check-in with a Tournament representative during the published Tournament hours will eliminate the Participant from entry into the Tournament.

• (a) Tournament will be “walk-up” (aka “sit and go”) style on the designated Tournament machines. Participants will play one (1), two (2)-minute round of the tournament game to determine their score.
• (b) Only one (1) person may play per machine, per round.
• (c) Participants may participate once each day. Participants that have more than one entry will keep the highest score generated to determine final placement.

6.    If two (2) or more Participants have the same score from their highest round, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prize(s). For example, if three (3) Participants tie for 2nd place, they would equally split the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes; the next highest score would receive the 5th place prize amount.

1. May 9-10, 16-17, 30-31, June 6-7 Qualifier Tournament(s) Prize Structure:

7.    Qualifier Tournament results will be announced/published at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms after the conclusion of each 2-day tournament (i.e. May 9-10).

• a. 1st – 4th place winners have until 12:00pm (noon) on the Sunday following the tournament to claim their prize at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms (i.e. Sunday, May 11 by 12:00pm noon).
      i.  Free Slot Play Prize winners of $5,000 or greater will have the option to:
        a.  Split their Free Slot Play 50/50 between Palms and YRC
        OR
        b.  Redeem at either Palms or YRC only
      ii. Failure to claim prize by the deadline mentioned above (Rule #7a) will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.
  b.  5th - 200th place Free Slot Play prizes will be automatically loaded onto the primary registered Participant’s account. 
      i.  Winners must swipe Club Serrano card at a Club Serrano Kiosk to redeem to within 7days of issuance.
      ii. Failure to claim prize by the 7-day deadline mentioned above will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.

8.    Free Slot Play Prizes will be valid for seven (7) days after redemption and valid only at Palms Casino Resort, subject to Rule #7a.
9.    Any unused/expired free slot play will be forfeited.
10.  The top two hundred (200) scores from each Qualifier Tournaments held at Palms (i.e. May 9-10, 16-17, 30-31, June 6-7) will qualify to advance to the Semifinals Slot Tournament on Saturday, June 21, 2025, for a maximum of eight hundred (800) advancing semi-finalists. In the event that a Participant places in the top two hundred (200) for multiple Qualifier Tournaments, such Participant will be awarded the corresponding Free Slot Play prize for their ranking but will not be given additional semifinalists spots in the Semifinalist Tournament.

SEMIFINALS TOURNAMENT
The Semifinals Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, between 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor in the designated tournament area.

Ways to Enter:

• (10) Invited Club Serrano guests who were the number 6 through 15 Top Point Earners at Palms between May 1 – June 14, 2025. (The number 1 through 5 Top Point Earners at Palms will automatically advance to the Finale Tournament.) OR
• Eight Hundred (800) Participants who advanced from the Qualifier Tournaments. (i.e. the top 200 from each of the 4 Palms’ Qualifier Tournaments OR
• (iii)Last Chance Drawing Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 4:00pm in the Casino Lobby.
       a.  Ten (10) players randomly drawn that earned 1,000 Slot Tier Points between 12:01 am Thursday, May 1, 2025 – 3:30 pm on Saturday, June 21, 2025. 
         i.  Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 12:30pm – 3:30pm the day of the drawing by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk, or by having an active rated slot session closed.
         ii. All entries, regardless if activated or drawn, will rollover to the Last Chance Drawing taking place Saturday, June 28, 2025. 
       b.  All potential Last Chance Drawing winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot in the Semifinal Tournament or position in Semifinal Tournament will be forfeited and another name will be drawn (up to 1 time).
       c.  Must be present to win.
       d.  At the end of the total of two (2) draws, if all ten (10) spots are not filled, the empty spots will be forfeited.
       e.  In the event that a Participant is drawn in the Last Chance Drawing who has already advanced to the Semifinals via the Qualifier Tournaments or being a Top Point Earner, such Participant will forfeit their spot in the drawings and will not be given additional semifinalists spots in the Semifinals Tournament. Each Participant may only have one (1) spot in the semifinals

11.    Machine assignments will be determined by a random draw when the Participant arrives at the Tournament area. 12.    Tournament play will be held on the above published Tournament days and hours. Failure to arrive at the Tournament area and check-in with a Tournament representative during the published Tournament hours will eliminate the Participant from entry into the Tournament.

13.    Semifinal Tournament Participants must go to any Club Serrano Kisok to print their Tournament entry voucher before proceeding to the Tournament area (across from Greene St. Kitchen) between 4:00pm – 9:00pm on the Semifinals Tournament day to participate in tournament play.

14.    Semifinals Tournament play will be held from 4:00pm – 9:00pm on Saturday, June 21, 2025

• (a) Tournament will be “walk-up” (aka “sit and go”) style on the designated Tournament machines. Participants will play maximum of one (1) 2-minute tournament game to determine their score.
• (b) Participants generated score will determine final placement.

15.    Only one (1) person may play per machine, per round. 

16.   Semifinal Tournament Participants may only participate in one tournament spot. 

• (a)  The top one hundred (100) scorers from the Semifinal Tournament will advance to Finale Tournament on June 27-28, 2025, at Palms.
• (b) If two (2) or more Participants have the same score for their round, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes. For example, if three (3) Participants tie for 2nd place, they would equally split the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes; the next highest score would receive the 5th place prize amount.

June 21 Semifinal Tournament Prize Structure:

17.    Semifinal Tournament results will be announced/published at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms after the conclusion of the tournament on June 21.

• a.  1st – 4th place winners have until 12:00pm (noon) on the Sunday, June 22 to claim their prize at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms.
    i.  Free Slot Play Prize winners of $5,000 or greater will have the option to:
      a.  Split their Free Slot Play 50/50 between Palms and YRC
      OR
      b.  Redeem at either Palms or YRC only
    ii. Failure to claim prize by the deadline mentioned above (Rule #17a) will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.
• b.  5th - 200th place Free Slot Play prizes will be automatically loaded onto the primary registered Participant’s account. 
    i.  Winners must swipe Club Serrano card at a Club Serrano Kiosk to redeem.
     ii. Failure to claim prize by the 7-day deadline mentioned above will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.

18.    Free Slot Play Prizes will be valid for thirty (30) days and valid only at Palms Casino Resort, subject to Rule #17a.

19.    Any unused/expired free slot play will be forfeited.

FINALE TOURNAMENT
The Battle of the West Slot Tournament Finale will be held Friday, June 27 – Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Palms. The Finale Tournament shall contain both Palms and YRC Participants, and these Official Rules shall govern the Finale Tournament for all Finale Tournament Participants.

Ways to Enter:

• (i) Ten (10) Invited Club Serrano guests who are the Top Point Earners between May 1 – June 14, 2025 (i.e. the top Five (5) from YRC and the top Five (5) from Palms).
  OR
• (ii)  Up to Two Hundred (200) Club Serrano members who advanced from the Semifinal Tournament (i.e. up to One Hundred (100) from YRC and up to One Hundred (100) from Palms).
  OR
• (iv)  Last Chance Drawings Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 1:00pm in the casino Lobby.
    (a) Ten (10) players randomly drawn that earned 1,000 Slot Tier Points between 12:01 am Thursday, May 1, 2025 – 12:30pm on Saturday, June 28, 2025.
  (i)  Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 9:30am – 12:30pm the day of the drawing by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk, or by having an active rated slot session closed.
    (b)  All potential Last Chance Drawing winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their spot in the Semifinal Tournament or position in Semifinal Tournament will be forfeited and another name will be drawn (up to 1 time).
    (c)  Must be present to win.
    (d)  At the end of the total of two (2) draws, if all ten (10) spots are not filled, the empty spots will be forfeited.
    (e)  In the event that a Participant is drawn in the Last Chance Drawing who has already advanced to the Finals via the Semifinal Tournament or being a Top Point Earner, such Participant will forfeit their spot in the drawings and will not be given additional finalists spots in the Finale Tournament. Each Participant may only have one (1) spot in the Finale.

20.   Finale Tournament Registration for qualifying Participants will be held between 6:00pm - 8:00pm, in Greene St. Kitchen at Palms on Friday, June 27, where Participants will receive their assigned Finale Tournament starting round time. A late registration will be available on Saturday, June 28 between 11:00am-12:00pm in Greene St. Kitchen.

21.   YRC Finale Participants (i.e. the Top 5 Point Earners at YRC and the up to 100 YRC Participants advancing from the semifinals held at YRC) shall receive a complimentary hotel stay at Palms for the Finale Tournament and must stay at Palms to be eligible for the Finale Tournament. ‘See Applicable YRC rules for detail’.

22.    Slot machine assignments will be determined randomly prior to the start of each session of the Finale Tournament play.

23.    The Finale Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 28 inside Greene St. Kitchen at Palms beginning at 2:00pm.
          (c)  The Tournament will be Session style (i.e. Participants will play two (2) back-to-back 2-minute rounds of the tournament game as assigned at registration).
          (d)  Scores from the two (2) rounds will be totaled to determine final score and order of finish.
          (e) If two (2) or more Participants have the same combined score from their rounds, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes. For example, if three (3) Participants tie for 2nd place, they would equally split the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes; the next highest score would receive the 5th place prize amount.

June 28, 2025 Finale Tournament Prize Structure:

24.   Results will be announced after the conclusion of the tournament on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Awards Ceremony in Greene St. Kitchen at 9:00pm.
    a.  1st – 6th place winners have until 12:00pm (noon) on Sunday, June 29, 2025, to claim their prize at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms.
      i.  Free Slot Play Prize winners of $5,000 or greater will have the option to:
    a.  Split their Free Slot Play 50/50 between Palms and YRC
    OR
    b.  Redeem at either Palms or YRC only
      ii. Failure to claim prize by the deadline mentioned above (Rule #24a) will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.
    b.  7th - 220th place Free Slot Play prizes will be automatically loaded onto the primary registered Participant’s account. 
      i.  Winners must swipe Club Serrano card at a Club Serrano Kiosk to redeem by 11:59pm on Saturday, June 28.
       ii. Failure to claim prize by the above deadline (11:59pm on Saturday, June 28) will result in forfeiture of Free Slot Play prize.

25.    Free Slot Play Prizes will be valid for thirty (30) days and valid only at Palms Casino Resort, subject to Rule #24a.
26.    Any unused/expired free slot play will be forfeited.

Total prize value all Tournament rounds (including YRC qualifier and semifinal tournaments) is at least One Million and Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000).

GENERAL RULES
1. Must be 21 years of age or older (with proof of age acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable, federal, state, and local taxes.
4. Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.
5. Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winning made between Participants. Such agreements are entered into solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.
6. Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway/tournament has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, wars, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; sever weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state of national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure conditions”). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway/Tournament in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.
7. By participating in the Promotional Tournament(s), all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center and Promotional Tournament area.
8. Any violation of Promotional Rules may result in immediate disqualification of the Participant(s) involved. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promotion Tournament Committee will be final and binding.
9. By participating in this Promotional Tournament, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name, city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.
10. Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
11. Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the tournament.
12. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
13. Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/event/tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event/tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
14. Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.
15. For in-person (“must be present to win”) drawings, Palms may announce a potential winner’s first name and last initial, last four digits of a Club Serrano account, and/or first name/last name (or any combination thereof). Listen carefully to the drawing instructions announced by the MC and have your Club Serrano card in-hand. Failure to claim your prize within the allotted timeframe will disqualify you from the prize.
15. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the Tournament without notice at any time.
16. The decisions of Management regarding all aspects of this Tournament are final and binding, subject to NRS 463.362 which governs the Tournament.
