Overview:

1.    Participation in the “$150,000 Free Play for A Year Drawing” is limited to Club Serrano members.

2.    This promotion has two (2) separate and distinct Drawings. Drawing # 1 will take place on September 21, 2024, and Drawing # 2 will take place on September 28, 2024, Time: 7 PM in the Unknown Bar at Palms Casino Resort.

3.    Participants must be present at a drawing to win.

4.    Participating Slots or Table game players will receive one (1) entry into the Drawing for every hundred (100) base Tier Points earned during the promotional Earning Period described below.

5.    Base Tier Points must be earned during the promotional Earning Period below:

• Drawing 1 Earning period: September 01, 2024, at 12 AM – September 21, 2024, at 6 PM. 

• Drawing 2 Earning period: September 22, 2024, at 12AM - September 28, 2024, at 6 PM. 

6.    Participants must activate their drawing entries on each drawing date between 3 PM – 6PM.

7.    All Participants must activate their drawing entries between 3 PM – 6 PM the day of the drawing by swiping their club card at any Club Serrano kiosks, or by having an active rated slot or table session closed. 

8.    Entries, regardless of if activated are only valid for that applicable drawing in which it was earned and will NOT be valid for subsequent drawings. 

9.    (10) Ten winners of Free Slot Play for each drawing will be drawn from bottom 10th place – top 1st place. 

10.    Winners from 10th place – 6th place will be drawn all at the same time, once all (5) have claimed their prize, 5th place – 1st place will be drawn to complete all (10) ten winners.

11.    Participants drawn have three (3) minutes to come to prize stage and claim their prize. 

12.    If the name drawn does not show up within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw for the same prize. Redraws will continue until a winner has been confirmed and additional names will be drawn until all winners have claimed. 

13.    All prizes for each drawing week are awarded in the order from bottom 10th winner to top 1st winner.

14.    The initial Free Slot Play prizes for September 21, 2024, and September 28, 2024, drawings will be loaded 2 hours after the drawing event has concluded and will be valid for 30 days.

15.    All succeeding monthly free slot play awards will be loaded automatically onto the primary Club Serrano card for 11 months beginning October 01, 2024, at 12 AM and the final free slot play prize will be awarded on August 01, 2025, at 12 AM.

16.    All Prizes are awarded in Free Slot Play valid only at Palms Casino Resort.

17.    Monthly free slot play award must be played in each month and does not roll over.

18.    All unused monthly free slot play has no cash value and will expire and / or voided on the 30th of each month.

19.    Participants drawn must have a valid photo ID and their Club Serrano Player’s Card with them to be verified to claim Prize.

20.    Participants may only win once per drawing.

21.    Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.

22.    All paperwork must be completed after the winner has been verified and confirmed.

General Rules

23.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

24.    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form (e.g. W-9) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.

25.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

26.    The published Official Prize Structure is final and will not be modified. The published Official Prize Structure will be paid as published.

27.    Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

28.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.

29.    By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the giveaway. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

30.    By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.

31.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

32.    Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway.

33.    Employees of Palms Casino Resort and their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).

34.    Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

35.    Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/event is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

36.    Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

37.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
