Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the promotional activities occurring at Palms Casino Resort. For portions of the Promotion occurring at Yaamavá Resort & Casino, please see Yaamavá’s official rules available at: www.yaamava.com/casino/promotions. In the event of a conflict between Yaamavá’s rules and these Official Rules, these Official Rules and NRS §463.362 shall govern all aspects of the Promotion occurring at Palms Casino Resort.

Ways to Enter at Palms: The portion of the Promotion occurring at Palms begins on January 29, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends March 01, 2025, at 8:00 p.m.  PT. There are three (3) methods to enter this Promotion at Palms: (1) Earned Entries for the Qualifier Drawings, (2) Earned Entries for the Last Chance Drawing, and (3) Top Point Earners.

QUALIFIER DRAWINGS

How to Enter Qualifier Drawings at Palms: 
1.    The Qualifier Drawings (“Qualifier Drawings”) applicable to these Official Rules will be held at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor near the Unknown Bar at 5:00pm,6:00pm,7:00pm and 8:00pm. Qualifier Drawings will be divided into four (4) days. Qualifier Drawing dates are as follows: (i.) Saturday, February 1, 2025; (ii.) Saturday, February 8, 2025; (iii.) Saturday, February 15, 2025; and (iv.) Saturday, February 22, 2025. For qualifier drawings held at YRC, see YRC’s rules available at the website noted above.  

2.    Entrants can earn entries to the Qualifier Drawings as follows during each of the following “Earning Periods”: 

• Slot Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points

• Table Game Players earn one (1) entry for every 25 tier points

Earning Period for Qualifier Drawing # 1 held on 02/01/25

• January 29, 12:01am-February 1, 7:30pm

Earning Period for Qualifier Drawing # 2 held on 02/08/25

• February 2, 12:01am-February 8, 7:30pm

Earning Period for Qualifier Drawing #3 held on 02/15/25

• February 9, 12:01am-February 15 7:30pm

Earning Period for Qualifier Drawing #4 held on 02/22/25

• February 16, 12:01am-February 22 7:30pm

3.    All Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES within one hour before the Qualifier Drawing time (s) (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm) by swiping their card at the Marketing kiosk at Palms, or by having an active rated slot or table games session closed.  Once activated, weekly qualifier drawing entries will be valid for that qualifier drawing date, unless additional tier points are earned after activation, in which case those additional drawing entries will need to be activated by the patron. Activated entries will NOT rollover to subsequent Qualifier Drawing date(s). However, all earned Qualifier Drawing entries will be eligible to rollover to the Last Chance Drawing on March 1, 2025, IF REACTIVATED in the manner described below. If any questions, please ask a Representative.

Qualifier Drawing Format: Must be present to win. 

• a.    Each hour (5:00pm,6:00pm,7:00pm and 8:00pm) in the weekly Qualifier Drawing will have eight (8) potential winners being called, eight (8) names at a time. For the 8:00pm drawing, five (5) winners will be drawn to join the three (3) winners from the previous drawings and select an object to determine their prize.

• b.    Each of the eight (8) potential winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their prize; if the name drawn does not show up in two (2) minutes, there will be up to two (2) times redraw for each drawing sessions. At the end of the total of three (3) draws, any unclaimed spots (and the associated Free Slot Play) will be forfeited.  

• c.    The eight (8) prize winners, in the order of which they were confirmed, will then choose an object to reveal their Prize. All eight (8) Prizes will be revealed at the same time.

Qualifier Drawing(s) Weekly Prizes:

Note: Each Qualifier Drawing top prize winner will automatically qualify for the Round 1 Finale Drawing held at Palms Casino Resort on March 1, 2025.

4.    Free Slot Play Prizes from the Qualifier Drawings will be valid for thirty (30) days and valid only at Palms. Any Free Slot Play prize won will be automatically loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account approximately two (2) hours after the conclusion of the Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility requirements.

LAST CHANCE DRAWING

The Last Chance Drawing will consist of four (4) hourly drawings between 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Sunday, March 1, 2025, near Unknown Bar. Eight (8) Last Chance Drawing winners will advance to Round 1 of the Finale drawing.

How to Enter Last Chance Drawing at Palms: 
ALL entries earned between 12:01am January 29, 2025, through 7:30pm March 1, 2025, are automatically available for activation for the Last Chance Drawing.

5.    Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR LAST CHANCE DRAWING ENTRIES within one hour of drawing on January 3, 2025 (4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm) by swiping at the Marketing Kiosk or by having an active rated slot or table games session closed. Once activated, Last Chance Drawing entries will roll over to subsequent Last Chance Drawing(s), unless additional tier points are earned after activation, in which case those additional Last Chance Drawing entries will need to be activated by the patron.

6.    Drawing Format: Must be present to win.

• a.    Five (5) players will be drawn each hour from 5:00pm – 8:00pm for a total of twenty (20) participants.  Each of the five (5) potential winners will be given two (2) minutes to claim their prize.  If the prize is not claimed additional names will be drawn, with two (2) minutes to claim their prize until all five (5) prizes are claimed.

• b.    For each hourly drawing the five (5) participants will randomly choose an object in the
  order of which they were confirmed.

• c.    All Prizes within each hourly Drawing will be revealed at the same time.

Last Chance Hourly Drawing(s) Prizes:

(i)    Note: In the event that a Participant is one of the Top Point Earners and is drawn in the Last Chance Drawing or has already advanced through the Weekly Qualifier Drawings, such Participant(s) will be awarded the corresponding Free Slot Play prize but will not receive an additional spot into the Finale.

7.    Free Slot Play Prizes from the Qualifier Drawings will be valid for thirty (30) days only at Palms.
Any Free Slot Play prize won will be automatically loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account approximately two (2) hours after the conclusion of the Last Chance Drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility requirements. Free Slot Play is valid only for slot play (no tables games). Any unused/expired Free Slot Play will be forfeited.

FINALE

The Year of The Snake Finale will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Palms Casino Resort. The Finale shall contain both Palms and YRC participants, and these Palms Official Rules shall govern the Finale for all Finale Participants.

How to Enter the Finale Drawing:

• (i)    Eight (8) Invited Club Serrano guests who are the Top Point Earners (i.e. the top (4) from YRC between 12:01am on Saturday, February 1, 2025-11:59pm on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and the top four (4) point earners from Palms between 12:01am, January 29 to 11:59pm February 22, 2025. Palms Top point earners will be contacted and must have a valid email and or telephone number on their Club Serrano account. Palms top point earners must confirm their spot on or before 12pm Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to confirm their spot or their spot will be forfeited. 
  OR

• (ii)    Be one of the eight (8) Qualifier Drawing winners four (4) from YRC and four (4) from Palms. 
  OR

• (iii)    Be one of eight (8) Last Chance Drawing winners.

Drawing Format: Must be present to win. 

• a.    Each of the twenty-four (24) total Finale Entrants must physically “Check-In” with Palms Promotional Representatives Saturday, March 01, 2025, between 3:00pm – 8:30pm near Unknown Bar.

  b.    At Check-in, Entrants will confirm their spot and randomly draw their Group for Round 1 of the Finale. If any of the twenty-four (24) Finale Entrants do not check in by 8:30pm, Palms, if necessary, will conduct a separate random drawing from the remaining Last Chance Drawing participants held earlier that evening at Palms.

  c.    The Finale Drawing will consist of (two) 2 drawing rounds:

Round 1: 

1.    Each of the twenty-four (24) finalists will be placed into one of four (4) groups “Group” with 6 (six) participants each (i.e. Group A, B, C, D). The groups will be assigned randomly at Check-in.

2.    For each Group the 6 (six) participants, in their order assigned at Check-in, will randomly choose an object to reveal their Prize.

3.    All Prizes within each Group will be revealed at the same time.

Round 1: Group Prizes

Round 2: Grand Finale Drawing Format and Prizes:

1.    Each of the four (4) finalists who advanced from Round 1 will randomly select an object, in the order of their advancement from Round 1 to reveal their Prize.

2.    All Prizes will be revealed at the same time.

Grand Finale Prizes

8.    The Free Slot Play winners of $8,888 or greater will have the option to split their free slot play: a. 50/50 between Palms and YRC b. Redeem at either Palms or YRC only.

9.    Free Slot Play Prizes issued by Palms will be valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, regardless if actually utilized. All unused/expired Free Slot Play will be forfeited. For Free Slot Play issued by YRC, please check YRC rules.

10.    THE FINALE PRIZE WINNER OF THE JASON OF BEVERLY CUSTOM MADE WATCH MUST TAKE THE WATCH AND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN A FREE SLOT PLAY ALTERNATIVE OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND ($108,000) IN LIEU OF $88,000 IN CASH.  The Finale Prize Winner must either accept the actual Finale prize OR disclaim the Prize altogether.

11.    2nd, 3rd and 4th place finale winners will not have an alternative prize. Prize winners must either accept the actual prize OR disclaim the prize altogether.

12.    Transportation for the winners of Jason of Beverly Hills Shopping Spree will NOT be provided.

13.     All finale prize winners must provide proof of identification acceptable to Palms, all finale winners shall notify Palms Promotion Department of their decision to accept or disclaim the prize on or before 12:00pm, March 3, 2025. Prizes are accepted as-is and must be retrieved on or before 6:00pm, March 3, 2025, or prizes shall be automatically forfeited back to Palms without any replacement prize. All four (4) Finale Prize Winners should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the aforementioned deadline for any questions regarding the prizes. Finale Prize winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, etc. relating to the prizes. 
  
GENERAL RULES:

1.    Must be 21 years of age or older (with identification acceptable to Palms) to participate and must be a member in good standing of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

2.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3.    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and applicable tax form(s) (e.g. W-9, 1042-S, etc.) and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.

4.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

5.    Palms Casino Resort does not endorse any agreements concerning the sharing of winnings made between Participants. Such agreements are entered solely by the Participants and will not be enforced by Palms Casino Resort under any circumstances.

6.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.

7.    By participating in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

8.    By participating in this Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise use your name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes.

9.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

10.    Persons who have been excluded from the property or who have requested a self-limitation of casino privileges at the property are not eligible to participate in the Promotion/Giveaway/Drawing.

11.    Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including but not limited to Palm’s sister property Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

12.    Casino capacity is limited and participation in a promotion/giveaway/drawing is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

13.    Management reserves the right to substitute prizes with a prize of equal value.

14.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
