New Member Sign Up

1)    Participation in the new sign-up promotion is limited to new Club Serrano members on their first date of sign up.

2)    Players can earn three incentives for their play on their first day of signing up – Free Play, Free Buffet, and a gift.

3)    To qualify for Free Play promotion, players must earn 250 tier points on slots, video poker or eligible table games to be able to play a promotional kiosk game for a chance to win up to $1,000 in Free Play.

• a)    Guest must play the kiosk game within 24 hours of Club Serrano sign up

• b)    Free Play will automatically be added to the guest account that is valid for (3) days.

4)    To qualify for (1) Free Buffet promotion, players must earn 500 tier points on slots, video poker or eligible table games. (excluding electronic table games)

• a)    Free Buffet is valid for Brunch Mon-Fri and / or Dinner on Sun - Tue. Not valid for lobster buffets or holidays

• b)    After earning the required tier points. Guests must redeem and / or activate the buffet at any Club Serrano Kiosks then card and valid photo ID must be presented at the buffet to redeem.

• c)    The free buffet is non-transferable and will be valid for (7) days.

1)    To qualify for a gift, players must earn 1000 tier points the same day of sign up on slots, video poker or eligible table games. (excluding electronic table games)

• a)    Gift will be one item from previous month’s gifting promotion.

• b)    No guarantee which item will be available

• c)    In the event gift inventory has been exhausted, $20 in Free Play will be issued in lieu of the gift.

• d)    Gift may be redeemed one time.

  • 2)    Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.

  • 3)    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4)    Members must have their Club Serrano Cards correctly inserted into a slot machine to be eligible.

5)    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, and a W-9, and provide a valid I.D. to claim a prize.

6)    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

7)    By participating in the promotion, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

8)    By participating in this promotion, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name, city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.

9)    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

10)    Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

11)    Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Sponsor”) or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamava' Resort & Casino (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

12)    Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

13)    Casino capacity is limited and participation into a promotion/event is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

14)    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.
