Refer-A-Friend

Overview:

1.    Participation in the “Refer-a-Friend” promotion is open to Club Serrano Members.

2.    Promotion starts now – December 31, 2024.

3.    Refer a friend to join the Club Serrano program and get rewarded with Free Slot Play.

4.    Existing Club Serrano members may refer one (1) friend each month to qualify for $15 in Free Slot Play.

5.    Referral must be NEW Club Serrano member to qualify for $10 in Free Slot Play.

6.    Both the referee and the referral must be in person at the Club Serrano desk to qualify.

7.    If the referee and the referral are both NEW members, each will be rewarded in $10 Free Slot Play.

8.    New members will be eligible to refer a friend after at least 24 hours of enrollment.

9.    Free Slot Play will be valid for three (3) days from issuance.

General Rules:

10.    Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

11.    Any prize won will be awarded to the primary registered Participant.

12.    Limited one gift redemption per person. Images may not represent actual gifts. Colors and styles may vary. No exchanges once gift is claimed.

13.    Members must present Club Serrano Card and valid identification to Promotions Representative to redeem offer.

14.    Gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

15.    Members must have their Club Serrano Cards correctly inserted into a slot machine to be eligible or show their Club Serrano Card to the dealer at Table Games.

16.    When applicable, winners must fill out a prize log, a prize agreement, a W-9, and physically provide a valid identification to claim a prize. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes.

17.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

18.    By participating in the promotion, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the promotion. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center.

19.    By participating in this promotion, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name, city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.

20.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion/giveaway has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following: governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience; severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, and/or hail storms; state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure conditions"). Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion/giveaway during the duration of the Force Majeure condition. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate, or postpone the Promotion/Giveaway in its sole discretion, due to Force Majeure conditions. Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the option to reschedule the Promotion/Giveaway at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so. The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion/Giveaway Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion/Giveaway due to Force Majeure conditions.

21.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

22.    Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property or who have requested self-limitation of casino privileges are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

23.    Employees of Palms Casino Resort and their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners).

24.    Casino capacity is limited and participation into a promotion/event is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

25.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice at any time.

26.    Management reserves the right to substitute the purse gifts with an item of equal or greater value.
