 Las Vegas Premiere Chef Event Vegas Unstripped Announces 2025 Date
Unique Event Gathers Las Vegas’ Citywide Culinary Stars at Palms Casino Resort 

LAS VEGAS, NV (February 24, 2025) – The Feast of Friends has announced the return of the Vegas Unstripped food festival this spring, planned to take place from 6-9 p.m on Sunday, April 27, 2025 once again at Palms Casino Resort. Thirty of the city’s most acclaimed and creative chefs will be brought together to present one-night-only original dishes, accompanied by cocktails from many of the city’s best bars, live local entertainers and more. Ticket price has remained at $150 plus fees, now available via vegasunstripped.com. Attendees must be 21+. 

“Since Vegas Unstripped started in 2018, we’ve seen the off-Strip dining scene in Las Vegas flourish and receive much due praise for its quality, creativity and breadth,” said VU Co-Founder Eric Gladstone. “But our mission remains to bring our strongest chefs together, along with our best bartenders, to show our neighbors and the world what Vegas can do.”

  • Vegas Unstripped is an independent, not-for-profit event focused on promoting local chef talent (vs. particular restaurants or brands).
  • Participating chefs & bartenders are chosen to represent the cutting edge of talent in Las Vegas and challenged to create unique dishes for the night reflecting their culinary passions.
  • Although participants are chosen by invitation, interested chefs & bartenders are welcomed to apply via vegasunstripped.com
  • Named chefs are requested to attend and serve guests personally.
  • Tickets are priced affordably to encourage participation from all food fans.
  • Virtually all expenses of the independent chef/restaurateurs are covered by event revenue. Most principal staff are volunteers. Chefs and their staff donate their time.
  • Net proceeds donated to underserved local charities. To date, Vegas Unstripped has donated over $40,000 locally (details on the vegasunstripped.com website)
  • The event has grown in size every single year.
  • Ticket price has remained the same, and Vegas Unstripped remains committed to keeping fees the lowest possible.
